Born in Stoke-on-Trent in 1962, Anthony studied architecture to degree, then post-graduate level, in the 1980's in Yorkshire.

However, having visited most of the west coast islands during the late eighties and early nineties, he became obsessed with their beauty and, in 1994, move to the Isle of Lewis.

Anthony now runs his own studio gallery in the north of the island, at Port of Ness.

He has exhibited in galleries in the UK and USA and has paintings in private collections in Europe, USA and Australia.
